 MASTER Management of Cultural Organizations

This Master's, specialized in applied management to cultural organizations, completed my initial formation in management. It has allowed me to become a specialist of the cultural sector, applying the traditional techniques of the management to the characteristics of this domain.
Organization and contents of the course:
- General teachings: authorities and culture, culture economics, cultural rights, management of the cultural productions.
- Development teachings: cultural marketing, taxation of the cultural activities, budget practice and check management, cultural contracts, social management, cultural industries, live spectacles and political broadcasting.
- Training in business giving place to a sustained report in front of a jury composed of teachers and professionals of the cultural field.
 MASTER'S DEGREE in Political and Culture Management in Europe
2001-2002 - Paris VIII Saint Denis University
This Master's allowed me to obtain an essential knowledge on the institutional and professional environment, at national as well as European level. it widened my artistic creation and perfected my fluency in foreign languages. It gave me also the challenge to climb an ambitious professional project (the Festival Opera of the Streets, 6th edition in 2007) and to approach all the dimensions of business creation.
Organization and contents of the course:
- European construction and international environment: the files of the European construction and the related problems and international relations.
- Professional environment of culture and arts: the artistic creation and its environment, the cultural and political environment in Europe, administrative and financial management of cultural business, rights of culture and rights of cultural business.
- Practice of 2 foreign languages: translation, editing techniques, press reading.
- Editing and direction of a cultural project: methodology, communication strategies, finances research.
- Memory of end of study: production of classical music in Europe.
BORDEAUX MANAGEMENT SCHOOL
1997-2001 (bac+ 5) Specialty: Information and Management
Formerly called Superior School of Commerce (ESC) of Bordeaux and classified among the 10 better schools of commerce in France , the Bordeaux Management School (BMS) offers a non-specialized formation in the domain of the management and management of the business.
What's more acquisition of the basics of business (management, financing, production resources, communication…), the accent is put on team work and the opening on the foreigner.
The BMS thus allowed me to obtain a solid formation in necessary management, but has also enabled me to realize my first cultural and artistic project (Le Festival 1,2,3, Octobre) and to work an entire year abroad (Embassy of France in Prague).
Organization and contents of the course:
- Year 1: Finance, Audit and Management Control, Business and International Environment, Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources, Quantitative Methods, English and German Methods.
- Year 2: Finance, Audit and Management Control, Business and International Environment, Marketing & Sales, Group and Organizations Management, Project Management, Industrial Management, Advanced Management Program (in English). Year break: 10 months in the Cultural Service of the Embassy of France in Prague .
- Year 3: preparation for the general examinations, studying of case and transverse examinations – Compilation of the report of training and discussion in front of a jury composed of teachers and professionals.

The economic and commercial preparatory classes are non-specialized courses of two years to get prepared to the competitions of big schools of commerce and management. The hardship and the intensive rhythm of the courses of general culture, living languages, history, geopolitics and especially of mathematics have allowed me to obtain strength and organizational skills, necessary qualities for the success in studies and in the working environment.
