Over the past 10 years, I worked in the management of artistic productions, from live shows to broadcasting programs and I have covered many aspects of this large industry. My capability to adapt me quickly and my positive attitude have allowed me to achieve remarkably results in all the different projects.

I spent the last three years of my career working into the television industry, where I managed large productions, for instance, a premium time for France 2 with Elie Semoun and Franck Dubosc; I managed teams of shooting for a daily one for Canal +. Working under pressure to achieve the tight deadlines and the given budgets has enhanced my personal and professional skills.

I work currently for Ideal Audience, where I manage relationships with the biggest international editions and artistic management firms as well as the BBC. Buying the copyrights and the intellectual property is one of my daily responsibilities. Working on a global scale has challenged all my professional skills, my capabilities to analyse problems and to take decisions accordingly had improved the overall acquisition strategies.

The music has always been one of my biggest passions and in the past I have achieved some ambitious objectives: I have created and organized several new musical events such as the Festival "Opera des rues" (6th edition in 2007). These multiples experiences show my capability to create, inspire, motivate and coordinate teams and people towards the achievement of bold objectives.

As soon as I had my Master's Degree in Management of the Cultural Businesses at the University Dauphine , I took on a personal and professional challenge and I have created my own company of musical engineering to manage artists and organize concerts.

Today, the numerous experiences in production and management have given me invaluable range of skills and my flexibility together with a “can do” attitude means that I am able to work on different cultural and artistic projects in many domains like TV, music, theatre in an international environment.
